Sale Items
All sale items, discounted and promotional merchandise, including sales in which any discount/promo codes are used are FINAL SALE and are ineligible to be exchanged.
Exchanges
Items may be exchanged for the same product style and color in a different size only within 7 days of delivery date.
All exchanges must first be authorized by speaking to a customer service rep via email. You are responsible for any shipping charges. We also recommend that you insure/track your exchange. Any shipments we receive without an authorization number will be denied and returned back to you at your cost.
All exchanges must be unworn and have all tags attached: disclaimer tag and any ArcticPremium tags. Exchanges without tags, worn or damaged by customer will not be accepted and shipped back to sender.
